Senior Technical Solutions Architect

As a senior technical solutions architect, you will lead project requirements gathering and analysis, design integration solutions with third-party platforms, and ensure quality delivery.
- Gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design integration requirements for third-party platforms, leveraging industry best practices.
- Define architectural and development standards for projects, adhering to established guidelines.
- Prepare high-level technical specifications for solutions, facilitating seamless implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure overall delivery quality, maintaining the highest standards.
- Interact with customers daily as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships.
- Presentation of demos to customers, showcasing solution capabilities.
- Leading sprint ceremonies and planning releases, ensuring smooth project execution.
- UAT with business users and BAs, guaranteeing solution acceptance.
- Application deployments, deploying solutions to production environments.
- Enabling the development team's advancement, providing guidance and support.
- On-Premise infrastructure setup, configuring and optimizing system environments.
- Collaboration with offshore teams, working together to achieve common goals.
- Understanding of networks and Windows/Linux operating systems, applying knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in requirement gathering and analysis, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong design and architectural skills, with the ability to integrate with third-party platforms.
- Experience with Appian best practices, applying knowledge to drive success.
- Ability to prepare high-level technical specifications, facilitating clear communication.
- Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring quality, upholding the highest standards.
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, effective in interacting with customers.
- Experience delivering demos to customers, presenting solution capabilities.
- Experience leading sprint ceremonies and planning releases, ensuring project efficiency.
- Experience leading UAT with business users and BAs, guaranteeing solution acceptance.
- Experience with application deployments, deploying solutions to production environments.
- Leadership skills, enabling the development team's advancement.
