As a technical lead, you will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans based on project requirements. This involves leading test execution, defect management, and implementing automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust test strategies and plans
  • Lead test execution and manage defects
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured
  • Mentor and guide team members in automation testing
  • Contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in UI, API, and mobile application automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, and Appium
  • Good understanding and experience in creating automation frameworks
  • Experience in BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber and Serenity
  • Code coverage and build automation using tools like Jacoco and Maven
  • CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins and Bamboo
