About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to clients in the Port Macquarie area. This is a permanent, Part-time role that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

As a Nurse, you will play a key role in promoting client self-determination, enhancing resilience, and improving overall quality of life for both individuals and their family carers. Your compassionate approach will help our clients maintain their independence and social connections.

The successful candidate will provide effective nursing care that enhances client capacity and resilience, as well as improves social engagement and quality of life for the individual and family carer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to clients in the Port Macquarie area
  • Work collaboratively with clients, family carers, and other healthcare professionals to promote client self-determination and improve quality of life
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
