Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or Stores.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales and parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees, including preparing and ordering parts, presenting exceptional merchandising standards, and performing inventory control and stock takes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating parts preparation and orders
  • Maintaining high-level merchandising standards
  • Carrying out inventory control and stock takes
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Parts Coordination in a trade, retail or similar environment
  • Maturity, positivity, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service and professional presentation skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and proficiency with parts coordination software
  • Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential
