The Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business objectives and driving sales growth
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Monitor and control costs, optimize profit, and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
