Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve profitability
  3. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  4. Collaborate with the restaurant support centre to achieve business objectives
  5. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
