We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the Branding, Marketing and Communications team to ensure brand consistency and compliance
  • Develop clear and concise design briefs to meet business objectives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing initiatives
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, video and photo editing
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting of content
  • Assist in the management of child brand social media accounts
  • Monitor comments and activity on social media platforms
  • Measure social media analytics, including Facebook Advertising and Google
  • Update website content to improve SEO rankings
  • Write compelling copy for internal publications and Intranet
  • Support Workplace by Meta campaigns and site video shoots

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing or relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the resources sector
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Google tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to Perenti Contract Mining principles
  • Flexibility to attend site as required

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAP, WordPress and Workplace by Meta
  • Previous experience in the resources sector an advantage
