We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key advertisers and their agency partners.
The role involves partnering with internal teams to develop insight-driven digital campaigns that bring measurable returns on investment for clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of biddable media, and experience in the digital media industry.
They should also have analytical skills and be able to deliver actionable insights using tools like Google Sheets and Slides.
As an expert in our products, the Account Manager will provide education and advice to clients and their agencies on best practices and campaign optimizations.
Key responsibilities include managing projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.
- Develop Insight-Driven Campaigns: Partner with Client Partner, Marketing Science & Product teams to create digital campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Manage Projects: Oversee projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance campaign ROI.
