Urban Development Designer

We are seeking a skilled Urban Development Designer to join our team in the design and delivery of urban development projects, including land developments, infrastructure, and municipal projects.

  • You will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Senior Designers on project design and delivery.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Reviewing sketches, drawings, and engineering data from external consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
    • Creating detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes
    • Analysing and preparing reports, drawings, planning, and design documents for urban development projects
    • Liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations
