Urban Development Designer

We are seeking a Design Engineer to undertake the design and delivery of urban development projects. As a key member of our Engineering and Design team, you will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Senior Designers on project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:- Review sketches, drawings, and engineering data received from external consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes.
- Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning, and design documents for urban development projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations.
Requirements:
High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards.
Proven project design delivery experience.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
High level industry awareness and engagement.
Relevant tertiary qualifications, use of 12d, ACAD, 12d drainage, PC Drain.
Experience in preparation of concept and detailed designs for land development projects.
