Panthers Penrith is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Gaming team as a Gaming Attendant.



The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, while also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization on the Gaming floor.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to our members and guests
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required
  • Provide bar service to the Gaming team
  • Poker machine maintenance and drink service
  • Work as a Keno Operator and Cashier
  • Cash handling duties
  • Resolve Gaming Floor enquiries


Requirements:

  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • RSA and RCG qualifications
  • Availability to work night shifts finishing at 6am
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High standard of personal grooming
  • A history of accurate cash handling
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese (advantageous)
  • Previous Gaming experience (highly regarded)


We are looking for a team player who is punctual, has a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to work. The successful candidate will be flexible and reliable, able to work 24/7 as required, including late and over nights, weekends, and public holidays.
