About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual to join our Gaming team on a casual basis at Panthers Penrith.

As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests, including general cleaning duties, bar service, and poker machine maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required
  • Provide bar service to the Gaming team
  • Maintain poker machines and provide drink service
  • Work as a Keno Operator and Cashier
  • Handle cash transactions and resolve Gaming Floor enquiries
Requirements
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • RSA and RCG qualifications
  • Availability to work night shifts finishing at 6am
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High standard of personal grooming
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese (advantageous)
  • Previous Gaming experience (highly regarded)
