Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Consultant - Data and AI to join our team. As a sales-focused technology specialist, you will be viewed as a trusted advisor by clients and will act as the technical lead on projects, overseeing several Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and evaluate client systems and architecture, drawing conclusions and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives.
  • Discuss project scope and budget with the customer and direct the project scope to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality.
  • Act as a team lead on large engagements, taking ownership of the project outcome and quality.
  • Identify and resolve project issues with our clients.
  • Write proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and respond to RFPs and other marketing situations.
  • Work with internal teammates to define service opportunities and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectations.
  • Lead identification of business and technical requirements.
  • Implement technologies and solutions based on designs.
  • Plan own and team's work to meet given objectives and processes.
  • Demonstrate analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and mentor team members to follow this or their approach.
  • Assist with the coaching and mentoring of teammates.
Requirements
  • Significant expertise designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure data platform services.
  • Designing and delivering IoT solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Advanced analytics/ML platforms.
  • Power BI.
  • TOGAF certification would be advantageous in this role.
