Electrical Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly driven Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in Sustainability Solutions. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, commissioning, and delivering customer projects within our Building Management Systems (BMS).
Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality project engineering, commissioning, and documentation aligned with Schneider Electric standards.
- Offer exceptional technical support to the project team and associated technical support teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and maximum profitability.
- Evaluate and implement cost-effective and efficient system designs.
- Manage contract administration, delivery, cost forecasts, billing, purchasing, and resource allocation.
- Adhere to integrated Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process (CPP), management systems requirements, and Australian Standards.
- Collaborate closely with customers, end-users, and other stakeholders to guarantee project outcomes meet and exceed expectations.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- A strong background in electrical fault-finding, HVAC knowledge, and experience in commissioning BMS.
- Experience in network architecture design, including active hardware and systems.
- A solid understanding of plant/control systems, power, and control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive company culture.
