Field Operations Coordinator Job Overview

This role involves overseeing operational activities across various industries, with a focus on expanding business opportunities and accessing new prospects.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, possessing strong leadership skills, people skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Manage customer engagements from booking to delivery, ensuring exceptional service and delighted customers.
  • Prospect new and existing customers for business opportunities in full-service asset inspection solutions.
  • Project manage field operations for data collection, resolving issues and communicating with customers effectively.
  • Promote the company's value proposition to specific market segments, providing solutions to help customers meet or exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Develop and maintain relationships with senior operations leaders to increase efficiency and responsiveness.

Identify and address gaps in processes and procedures, resulting in improved workflows. Collaborate with the global operations team to address regional constraints and ensure personnel scheduling, data quality control, maintenance, field troubleshooting, and safety are met.

Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings for internal and external stakeholders, performing follow-up assessments to measure effectiveness.

Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher required. A minimum of two years' experience in project managing customer-focused field operations, preferably in the energy industry. Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills are essential.
