High End Landscape Project Manager

Job Title:
">Our client is a leading company that designs, builds and maintains beautiful high-end landscapes.
">The Role
">You will be responsible for running and leading a team of professionals to deliver outdoor lifestyle projects.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Plan and schedule work to be carried out, calculate and order materials, manage budgets and timeframes, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and perform operational reporting.
">Requirements:
">- 2+ years' experience in managing multi-site projects
- Trade / Construction qualifications
- Ability to interpret detailed plans and specifications
- Experience managing a team including sub-contractors
- Experience effectively controlling site safety with knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
- Knowledge of current materials, construction methods and order of work on a modern construction site
- Excellent communication and people skills
Benefits:
">- Competitive salary package ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year)
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday schedule
