Adult Sepsis Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to lead the Adult Sepsis Collaborative Project.
Key Responsibilities- The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping the project, developing a comprehensive project plan, and coordinating quality improvement activities.
- They will engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Our ideal candidate will assess current sepsis management across inpatient units and develop strategies to reduce patient harm from sepsis.
