Job Title: Sepsis Improvement Project Coordinator
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Adult Sepsis Collaborative Project in our organization. This project aims to improve sepsis recognition and timely management for adults presenting to Victorian hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope the project, develop a project plan, and coordinate quality improvement activities
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assess current sepsis management across our inpatient units and facilitate improvement activities to reduce patient harm from sepsis
