Job Title: Financial Analyst – Budgeting and Reporting

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly P&Ls and bridge reports for customer contracts.
• Manage revenue and cost recognition, general ledger journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operational stakeholders to understand financial drivers.
• Support capital project tracking, asset capitalisation, and purchase order processing.
• Assist with annual planning, reforecasting, and system/process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting timetables.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and provide coverage across the Finance team as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or commerce.
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, ideally in transport/logistics.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, TM1, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail.
