We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution and Litigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. You will be able to provide high-quality legal services to clients, including advising on litigation strategies, preparing court documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and representation in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Advise clients on litigation strategies and prepare court documents
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Maintain and foster existing client relationships
  • Support partners and other practice group members to achieve group goals
Requirements
