Key Trade Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Key Trade Coordinator to join our team in the Distribution Centre at Marsden Park. As a full-time member of our Impex Department, you will play a vital part in our import and export processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with global rules and regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrating local import and export processes, including Port to DC, cross-country DC moves, and cross-border shipments (both store and online)
  • Efficient handling of customs formalities in cross-region trades
  • Preparing and administering entries for customs clearance and supporting compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
  • Communicating with state customs and other regulatory authorities on a day-to-day operational basis
  • Supporting international transport matters, such as shipment tracing/monitoring, freight invoice reviewing, etc.
  • Collaborating with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements
