Our Opportunity to You
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Hawkesbury area. As an Occupational Therapist - Community Care Specialist, you will provide evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
The Day-to-Day
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor

What We Offer
- Competitive salary package: $95,000 - $105,000 per annum

Requirements
- Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
- Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
