As the first Ads Marketing Manager in Australia, you'll craft and activate the advertising narrative for the local market, sitting at the intersection of advertisers, brands, and the industry.

This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies, bring bold ideas to life, and establish a compelling value proposition that resonates across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to position the Ads business in Australia.
  • Create impactful marketing enablement materials for advertisers, partnering with the APAC Ads Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and culturally relevant market presence.
  • Design innovative approaches that enhance brand equity and set new benchmarks in the market.
  • Analyse industry trends and conduct market research to inform ads marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies and brand narratives within the advertising, media, entertainment, or technology industries.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
