We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our urgent care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing support and ensure all patients receive appropriate care.
Job Description:- Provide high-quality patient care for injuries or illnesses in collaboration with Registered Nurses (RN).
- Assist RNs in administering vaccinations, wound care, plastering, and providing patient education.
- Conduct diagnostic tests relevant to the patient's condition as directed by the RN.
- Support with work cover injury management and provide phlebotomy services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in patient files.
- Participate in workplace health and safety practices, ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported.
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience in primary care settings, focusing on chronic disease management, prevention, and health promotion is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle escalations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
