Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineering professional to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and rectification tasks on aircraft.

Your role will involve working with specialist teams to provide excellent engineering standards, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and service standards.

You will need to manage demanding schedules effectively and handle competing demands, all while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and rectification tasks on aircraft as per manufacturers' and company specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with specialist teams to deliver exceptional engineering standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Qantas safe working practices and service standards.
  • Manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Completed Certificate IV Aeroskills qualification (Mechanical or Avionics).
  • Previous experience in a Line Maintenance environment is desirable.
  • Relevant Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanical or Avionics) trade experience.
  • Experience working on B738, A320 and/or A330 is desirable.
