Junior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our recruitment team as a Junior Recruitment Specialist.

  • This role involves assisting with blue collar recruitment, including advertising job vacancies, arranging client interviews, and completing necessary checks for working rights and references.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 38/40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work from home after a training period and enjoy a stable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advertising job vacancies
  2. Arranging client interviews
  3. Completing necessary checks for working rights and references

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
