**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
  • Source suitable candidates through multiple platforms and maintain excellent relationships with candidates.
  • Lead a small blue-collar labour hire team, drive culture and people leadership, engage in new business development, and manage end-to-end recruitment.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous recruitment experience in blue collar.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage confidently with a wide range of people.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service, high energy, and a motivated, positive attitude.
