What You'll Do
  1. Understand and communicate the Nexus ATV products and solutions.
  2. Understand the ATV proposition and pitch it to agencies.
  3. Work with CD Executive and Manager to retain business through excellent campaign delivery and results.
  4. Highlight campaign issues to the CD Manager for troubleshooting.
  5. Organise IOs and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
  6. Ensure all inputs into Salesforce are 100% accurate.
  7. Assist the Client Development Manager and Executive.
  8. Work closely with operations to ensure smooth booking and setting up of campaigns.
  9. Support client on-boarding sessions.
  10. Chase creative, work closely with agencies, and the operations team.
  11. Foster great agency relationships.
  12. Promote open, collaborative, supportive, and dynamic relationships throughout the agency and the network.
  13. Develop strong relationships with all members of the local Nexus Solutions team.
  14. Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
  15. Manage and distribute EOC reporting.
  16. Reconcile campaigns at the end of each month to ensure they match signed IOs and Salesforce.
  17. Prepare and present post-campaign analysis.

  1. Attention to detail with regards media booking, finance, and campaign delivery.
  2. Strong self-organisational and administration skills.
  3. A can-do, client solutions-based attitude.
  4. Enthusiasm to foster and build lasting professional relationships with agencies and Nexus stakeholders.
  5. Ability to gain excellent product, competitor, and market knowledge.
  6. A curious nature and passion to continue learning about marketing, media, sales, and technology.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Excellent presentation skills.
  2. Excellent numerical skills with the ability to quickly analyse commercial constructs and opportunities.
  3. Comfortable in presenting and influencing stakeholders from GroupM and agencies.
  4. Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to successfully achieve goals.
