Adelaide Eye Care is a patient-first, family-owned, private practice that loves to help people see well while looking great. With a dynamic team of experienced and highly skilled dispensers and optometrists, all of your skills will be used, valued and enhanced.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an Optical Dispenser you will
- Work with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Drive sales through exceptional retail skills and knowledge
- Be able to perform dispensing and frame adjustment
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Provide superior experiences for customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond

This is a part time role 1-2 days a week and alternate Saturday mornings. This role may from time to time support leave cover on top of regular hours.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will bring your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication skills, customer service and team focus to our business.
- Be a qualified or on-the-job trained Optical Dispenser
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Efficiently make and follow-up appointment bookings
- Have great customer service
- Fashion conscious
- Understand retail methodologies and have a proven sales record
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn and conduct optometric pre-testing
- Have a great can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
