Luxury Fashion Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to elevate the client experience by providing expert guidance and personalized service that reflects our brand's DNA at every touchpoint.
To drive sales performance, you will showcase the breadth of our collection, engage in upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs. You will also cultivate and expand our community through strategic CRM activities, exclusive events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include upholding the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a captivating and luxurious environment that aligns with our aesthetic. Additionally, you will maintain meticulous stock management practices and adhere to all security compliance protocols.
A successful candidate will possess a lover of luxury fashion with a strong eye for detail and experience in clienteling, materials knowledge, and appreciation for craftsmanship. They will have proven retail sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be agile, hungry, with a fire in the belly, and have excellent personal presentation.
Bilingual speakers and luxury retail experience are advantageous.
