Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for high-profile clients. Your primary focus will be on connecting business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, craft solutions, and communicate complex concepts with ease. Your technical knowledge and configuration skills will be instrumental in configuring Catalogue Items and designing/branding the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity.

Additionally, you will drive testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills.
  • TSM specialisation, including understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design, and SIAM.
  • Knowledge and certification of other relevant ServiceNow modules.
