Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced aquatics educator to join our team. As a skilled instructor, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and abilities.

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to diverse student needs
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet program objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate as part of a team to achieve program goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current AustSwim Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Energetic and decisive teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for swimming and water safety education
