Agile Project Manager

We are a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication, and enhancing the overall project experience by practicing both Waterfall and Agile Project Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management - Manage project scope, deliverables, risks, timeline, and commercials
  • Stakeholder Management - Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Project Experience Enhancement - Focus on providing a superior project experience by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall & Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a better project experience through effective leadership and process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus
