Job Overview
Retail stores in Queensland require precise mapping to improve navigation and customer experience. As a store mapper, you will be responsible for surveying sites on-site using an iPhone with a mapping app.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a 30-minute online training prior to the site visit.
  • Arrive at the scheduled site on time, with a fully charged personal phone.
  • Record the surroundings using the provided Mapping iPhone by walking through aisles to cover all walkable areas and mark positions on a map in the app.
  • Maintain contact with remote support via Google Meet for assistance and instructions.
  • Fully charge the phone and power bank at the end of the day.

Requirements:
  • A strong sense of direction and the ability to accurately mark pinpoints on a map.
  • Patient and detail-oriented, with precision as a key requirement.
  • Ability to stand for a full day and navigate around obstacles.
  • Effective communication and self-motivation skills.
  • Comfortable receiving remote guidance and staying in ongoing contact with a support operator during the day.
