The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services Kew. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with stunning views and premium amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Living Support Team, ensuring resident-centered care and daily preferences are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Registration with a professional body & a qualification in Nursing
  • Previous leadership experience in an aged care environment
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis
  • Advanced communications skills and strong time management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to meet competing and challenging priorities
  • Demonstrated abilities in change management processes
  • An understanding of coaching, training, and developing teams and team culture
