The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Living Support Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Services Kew. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with stunning views and premium amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Living Support Team, ensuring resident-centered care and daily preferences are maintained.
- Collaborate with Care Managers to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Registration with a professional body & a qualification in Nursing
- Previous leadership experience in an aged care environment
- Ability to work on a full-time basis
- Advanced communications skills and strong time management skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to meet competing and challenging priorities
- Demonstrated abilities in change management processes
- An understanding of coaching, training, and developing teams and team culture
