We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate caregiving specialist to join our team in the Mornington Peninsula area.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to clients within their homes. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing holistic support to meet clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique requirements.
  • Deliver a range of caregiving services, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and wound care.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, providing empathetic and responsive support throughout the care journey.

The ideal candidate will possess sound clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

Requirements
  • Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant governing body.
  • Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-4:30pm each week.
  • Sound understanding of chronic and complex health conditions, with experience working with clients who require specialized care.
