About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Village Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

  • Assist residents and the village team in maintaining safety, repairing buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds.
  • Help new residents move into the village, including moving furniture and up to four hours of support setting up their new apartment.
  • Collect and dispose of rubbish as scheduled.
  • Maintain the village grounds and gardens to a high standard.
  • Assist with inward goods, stock management, and stores.

About you:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
