Job Title: Administration Officer - Volunteer Program

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our national Volunteer program. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in processing pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding and commencement details, responding to emails, and managing the Volunteer inbox.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for our Volunteer program, including data entry, reporting, verbal and written communications, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support our volunteering initiatives and programs, working closely with the SVCS Volunteer Lead.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Knowledge of the Community Visitors Scheme or Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme is highly regarded.
  • Several years' experience in an administration role, preferably within Volunteering, Recruitment, HR, or not-for-profit areas.
  • Pre-employment processing experience, including national criminal history checks, collating identification, working rights, reference checks, vaccination requirements, qualifications, NDIS checks, etc.
