Lead Educator

We're seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our team at Catholic Early EdCare. As a Lead Educator, you'll play a vital role in nurturing children's growth, development, and happiness in a secure and enjoyable setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with children to create engaging and educational experiences that support their well-being.
- Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive care and support programs for children aged 6 weeks to the year before prep.
- Participate in ongoing professional and personal development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Promote the service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.
- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is mandatory.
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
- Effective workplace communication skills.
