Lead Educator

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Catholic Early EdCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to Kindergarten.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Participate in professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children and staff.
Requirements:
- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- Passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months to Kindergarten in a play-based learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
