Senior Water Systems Specialist

- Provide technical leadership with support from multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, timely, and compliant outcomes.
- Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients across various sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration as a Professional Engineer (RPEng).
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water industry.
- A future leader with interest in succession and long-term growth within an organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively at both internal and external levels, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks.
- Interest in guiding and mentoring junior engineers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
