Job Title:

A Water System Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

Maintain and repair all facilities' plumbing systems and applications. This includes performing preventive maintenance, conducting walk-through inspections, and repairing showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps, and other facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily operations to ensure safe and efficient plumbing system maintenance.
  • Perform all preventive maintenance on systems and maintain applicable log books.
  • Conduct walk-through inspections of domestic water systems to include water booster pumps, gauges, and boiler temperature readings.
  • Repair showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps, and on- and off-site facilities.
  • Record gauge readings, repairs completed, and time lost due to inoperative equipment.
  • Maintain technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.
  • Have a solid understanding of plumbing system mechanics, principles, and techniques to troubleshoot and repair complex issues effectively.
  • Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
  • Perform all duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, trade school certificate preferred, as well as a minimum of three to five years of experience with commercial/industrial plumbing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
