Our Ignite Program is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming our global operations through a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation. As a seasoned Change Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving this ambitious project forward, leveraging your expertise in change management to guide the organization through a seamless transition.

This position requires an experienced leader who can develop and implement a structured change management strategy, ensuring the successful adoption of new business processes and systems. You will work closely with our Systems Integration Partner and leadership team to drive engagement, training, and stakeholder alignment across the globe.

About the Job:

The Change Director will be responsible for leading a large-scale global ERP transformation program change team, ensuring business readiness, change management, and user adoption. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a structured change management strategy and plans, managing the relationship with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner change team, and collaborating with the Genesis Program Core Team to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale business transformations, preferably in a complex, global organization with a focus on technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership, business process owners, and operational teams.
