We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts, driving successful change management and end-user adoption of our HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a change management plan to drive successful transition and adaptation of the HRIS system.
- Lead and manage delivery of change management activities, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams and organisational leaders to develop cultural change and transition plans.
- Manage interdependencies of change management activities and coordinate across various stakeholder groups.
