Senior Systems Assurance and Engineering Consultant

About the Role
The successful candidate will have significant experience in systems engineering and assurance practice applied to complex, safety-critical, socio-technical systems.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional in one or more core systems engineering or assurance competency areas.
As a senior consultant, you will develop and deliver services using advanced systems engineering and assurance practice. Your work products will be accurate and authoritative, requiring no supervision to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
You will play a key role in developing and growing the business by assisting with and leading teams in tender and sales activities, identifying opportunities for new or follow-on work, following up leads in areas of expertise within and outside your own field, and fostering good relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Experience leading multiple large project teams on system scope and technical processes is required.
- A minimum of twelve years of systems assurance and engineering consulting experience is required.
- Five years of experience in safety-critical software development and high-integrity software development processes and standards are required.
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as AREMA, CENELEC, ISO/IEC, and IEEE is required.
- Lead project teams on system scope and technical processes
- Develop and deliver advanced systems engineering and assurance practice services
- Identify opportunities for new or follow-on work and lead tender and sales activities
