  • Develop business continuity plans for critical business functions across various departments

The Risk function has responsibility for enabling the Group to manage risks associated with their respective areas of focus in line with the Group's risk appetite.

The role involves assisting business units to implement, maintain, and test business continuity plans focusing on critical business functions.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of business continuity management principles and best practices
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis workshops to identify critical business processes, timeframes, and dependencies
  • Build relationships with all levels of the business to understand operational requirements and implement effective solutions
  • Develop high-quality reports and presentations using MS Office suite of products
  • Apply methodical approach with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills to deliver projects effectively

About You

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Have demonstrated business continuity knowledge & experience including understanding of the Business Continuity Lifecycle, BIA, BCP, and BCM or alternatively operational experience in the financial services industry
  • Understand requirements under regulatory frameworks
  • Have knowledge and experience using risk management frameworks
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the business
  • Have well-developed report writing and presentation skills using MS Office suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
