Job Overview

The Spray Foam Installer will oversee a team of installers on projects involving spray foam and concrete lifting, ensuring proper setup, installation, and cleanup at each site.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate spray foam/concrete lifting equipment and guarantee correct material installation and safety.
  • Provide on-site training to crew members to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain open communication with customers and production managers.
  • Ensure job site safety and adherence to PPE use.
  • Manage tools, materials, and equipment to minimize downtime and waste.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in spray foam/concrete lifting and chemical grouting applications is essential.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, inspiring and guiding others effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of fostering positive working relationships.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving history.

This role requires a team-oriented individual who can work flexible hours as needed.
