About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin or Alice Springs. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping injured employees return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and psychological worksite assessments
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and strategies to overcome these
  • Design, implement, and review programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce
  • Provide job seeking and advocacy services to support clients towards successful employment outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Eligibility to gain or have current membership with ASORC, RCAA, or AHPRA
  • Current Driver's Licence and Vehicle
  • Passion for helping people regain their health and return to work
