Job Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Master Carpenter to join our team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety protocols.

Our team works on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial, including cladding, structural repairs, and bespoke high-rise repairs. With your expertise, you will oversee carpentry tasks and execute complex repairs, maintain accurate records, and contribute to project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Execute advanced carpentry tasks including structural repairs, timber framing, cladding, and finish work.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate site records and contribute to project reporting.
  • Support training and development of junior staff.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, site inspections, and incident investigations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or higher).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or remedial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with QA, Safety, and Environmental systems.
  • Proficiency with site management tools and mobile apps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
