Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Bielby Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a minimum of 15 years' experience on large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
We are looking for a leader who can demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Relevant diploma or degree in occupational health and safety
- Minimum 15 years' experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
